Jeff Ruoff is a Project Manager in ConTech's Construction Services Division.

Mr. Ruoff manages construction loan projects for lenders, performs site inspections, and verifies construction progress for draw requests. He has direct experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems which is an asset for conducting site inspections.

Jeff is a graduate of Camden County College and Audubon High School.
