biography
Andrew Miller is a Project Manager in ConTech's Environmental Services Division. Mr. Miller assists in the completion of Phase 1 Environmental Assessments. He also has experience as
an Apprentice Surveyor / Rod Instrument Man and as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Intern. He is a graduate of Washington College with dual B.A. Degrees in Environmental Studies and Anthropology Biology. Andrew is
active in the professional community. He is a member the Appalachian Trail Conference, the Charles Darwin Foundation, the Chester River Association, and the Maryland Eastern Shore Land Conservancy.
