ConTech Services Inc. was formed in 1983 to provide construction management and scheduling expertise to lenders.  Three years later, the capacity for existing building inspections was added to cater to the needs of insurance and commercial lenders.  In 1988, ConTech further added to its capabilities with Phase I Environmental Assessments and Phase II testing including soil, water, and asbestos.

In the early 1990's, ConTech Services Inc. brought its project management experience to projects requiring the contracting of several companies to provide inspection services for real estate investment trusts and the securization of real estate portfolios.

Today, ConTech is furthering its expansion with new abilities in indoor air quality assessment and environmental liability associated with real estate transactions. We employ a professional staff with training in construction management, environmental, mechanical, geotechnical, and other disciplines related to real estate.
